Are you a strategic educational architect looking to make a generational impact? This is a unique opportunity for an independent
Instructional Designer to join a specialized team delivering a significant 5-year program. You will lead the design of comprehensive learning pathways and strategic course architecture that directly shape the capability of a national workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Design: Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from initial support needs assessments to the creation of complex learning models and pathways.
  • VET & Compliance: Leverage your strong background in Vocational Education and Training (VET) to ensure all programs meet rigorous quality and compliance standards.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Skillfully engage a diverse web of stakeholders, including universities, external providers, recruitment teams, and allied health professionals.
  • Evidence-Based Evaluation: Utilize data-driven models, specifically Kirkpatrick’s, to measure and prove training efficacy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Inclusive Design: Apply a deep understanding of the disability sector to ensure all learning resources are fully accessible, inclusive, and human-centered.
